Took my dog here for routine testing for seizures and got meds for it.Tested by this vet in Jan and was all testing results were great and given his seizure meds.In july called to get refills for seizures med and was then informed that he was toxic and had been so since Jan when he was orginally tested asked why I was not told this before in the 5 months of getting his meds each month and reply was maybe the vet didnt think it was that important and then informed he was not refilling his phenobarbital at all(this was right before july 4th weekend)tried to get my dog to another vet and this vet called Crosby vet and all of a sudden their fax wasn't working right to fax history over.My dog then went into a seizure on July 4th and had to be put to sleep because he was in a toxic state and I feel that Crosby vet is a untrust worthy vet who doesnt care about you or your animal they just want your money.I have since talked to other people who have also had very bad experiences with this vet and many have had their animals put to sleep because of bad or misleading care ,surgery mishaps ect from this office.They see alot of pets a day and don't spend alot of time with them at all.They show no genuine effort to even look like they care and you get the impression they just want your money.Please be careful when going here as to I would hate for someone else to loose their family member inaway that I lost mine.You might get good care but you might not.Baytown has a great vet there named Dr.Christensen who is wonderful and I have never talked to anyone who has ever had a problem with him yet. |
