I agree with the first poster. He does try to get you to come into the office as much as possible for monetary reasons. For me we kept running all sorts of different tests every couple months. Every time he got anykind of result back he would want us to come in and talk with him. It didn't matter if it was negative or posotive. He wouldn't just call and tell you the results or even mail them. He wanted you to pay for another visit. When he diagnosed me with Wilson's disease (very rare disease -too much copper in my body) he put me on this horrible prescription that made me very sick. Not only that, but it had really bad long term side-effects. I decided to get a second opinion and found out that I deffinately did not have that disease and did not need to be on that horrible medication. Every time we went in he would re-explain the same basic things over and over again. That took up so much time. If I would just ask him a simple question he would just start going off about all this other stuff that he had already explained many, many times and had nothing to do with my questions. His receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. She was almost, always having personal phone converstations instead of helping patients. One time I asked to see him (doc. Potter) and she booked me to see his assitant, when I speciffically asked to see him. The nurses their were nice, but were never able to do my lab draws. They didn't really seem to know what they were doing. They always had to poke me like 5 times. They would try in my hand and wrists and would be jabbing the needle all around. Very painful. Those were some of the worst blood draws I have ever had! (I have now problem with where I go now) I would not recomend this doc. |

Keith Cooper - Dr. Keith Cooper has been my family physician for 6 years. I used to recommend him to everyone, but recently the changes at his office are disappointing. He replaced a knowledgable and extremely caring staff ... Denise Scott - The Quick Hit: If I had four hands I'd be able to give this doctor FOUR thumbs down! Shahid Masood - If your looking for a a good Family Doctor and good nurse, Dr. Masood is your man. Very down to earth and takes his time with you and listens to all your needs and problems. A definate #10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... |
